It should automatically restore market links...but if it doesn't:
Titanium backup -> menu -> more -> Market Doctor
I read the reviews it said it doesnt fit the screen, the edges are 2 cm short.
Really?
Oh snap. I'm getting my Clarivue next week.........

I am trying to transfer stuff via USB using Kies. But there is an error with the Android MTP driver and can't seem to make a proper connection to allow me to transfer. Anyone experiencing this as well?
Ended up transferring files onto my microsd using my old phone and then using the microsd on the s2.

You could've used Kies over the Air; I find it to the be most convenient and simplest way to do transfers.
And I think you have to turn OFF USB Debugging prior to installing your drivers. Turn of USB debugging and then go through the menus in Kies and click on "install drivers." Let the program do it's thing as it takes about 10 minutes to download and install those drivers again.
Just snapped on my casemate barely there case. Very nice. Although it doesn't give me the satisfying click sound the OEM mesh one did when I clipped it on. Btw I'm selling the OEM mesh case if anyone is looking.

Hmm. I've never used kies before other than to install drivers. I always just mount as usb storage.
You've got to try out Kies Air man...It's one of the best data transferring applications I've seen for a phone...
Simply turn on Kies Air on your phone (when you're connected to your wifi), it will then give you a personalized ip/web address that you enter into the browser...and within SECONDS your ENTIRE phone is on the screen including contacts, sms/call logs, pictures/movies, and files.

Dammit... every time I start to sway towards Android over iPhone for my next toy (especially after hearing Telus is supposed to be getting the SGS2), I read shit like this. I've had too many years of having to fuck with driver this and disable that and compatibility issues and so on, I want something that just works... like my wife's iPhone 4 or my old work iPhone 3G.

But for installing apps, dropbox is better, it opens the .apk file instead of saving it on your storage.
Actually when you click on something on dropbox it downloads it onto the internal storage first and then installs from there. You can clear the dropbox cache in the settings.

Except this is cause we're modding our phones and trying different things. As is its pretty good. And ios has its fair share of problems as well. You may not have encountered any but they're out there.
