HTC has just announced 6 new Android powered devices at MWC
The HTC Flyer is a 7" 1024x600 tablet with a 1.5Ghz single core processor and HSPA+. It will ship with Android 2.4 with a 3.0 update in Q2.
Besides HTC Sense the Flyer also comes with a magic pen (a stylus which can also record audio) and HTC Scribe which are used for note taking. Scribe can sync with Evernote. It also comes with HTC Watch; a new video download service.
The Flyer will be available globally Q2 2011.
The HTC ChaCha and Salsa are Android 2.3.3 Facebook phones with a dedicated Facebook button. The ChaCha has a QWERTY keyboard with a 2.6" 480x320 landscape display while the Salsa has a virtual keyboard with a 3.4" 320x480 portrait display. Both have 5 megapixel cameras with flash.
Both will be available in Q2 2011 on AT&T.
Also announced are the HTC Desire S, Wildfire S and Incredible S.
The Desire S has a Android 2.4 with an aluminum unibody a 1Ghz 8255 Snapdragon processor and 3.7 800x480 display. There's also front and back cameras and HD video recording.
The Wildfire S is a small entry level device that comes with 3 colours. It has a 3.2" 480x320 display. It will come with Android 2.4.
The Incredible S has 4" 800x480 Super LCD display, stereo speakers along with other features like an 8 megapixel camera along with a front camera and DLNA. It will ship with Android 2.2 with a 2.4 update later.
The Desire S, Wildfire S and Incredible S will all be available in Europe and Asian in Q2 2011. Presumably NA versions will also be available later.
