Title Insurance/Owner's Policy

http://www.homeclosing101.org/whyneed.cfm

Question for those who have run into this... is "Title Insurance Policy" the same as "Owner's Policy"?

edit - here's more info: http://homebuying.about.com/od/homes...eInsurance.htm

Anyone have any thoughts or experience about this? What did you get? I don't want to get unnecessary insurances but at the same time I don't want to get screwed over =P

This is what I found, granted it is for Ontario:

I'd never heard of Title Insurance Policy but it's a one time fee to help protect the purchaser from items that may hold up the transfer of title to you. I believe Owner's Policy is the Home Owner's Insurance that one would typically get.
