Oil Change at Boundary Brake & Tune / Tong's Auto Repair

Anyone had their oil change at Boundary Brake & Tune / Tong's Auto Repair before? Experience?

I saw a deal for $24 for an Oil Change, Lube, Filter, Brake Check, Tire Rotation, Fluid Top Up & Full Inspection For Your Car + $15 Off next Visit (Reg. $40 + $15 Cash Voucher) on www.indulgeliving.com

Reliable place? Decent deal?

My uncle owns the place

He owns both places and goes back and forth a lot. So if Boundary Brake and Tune is empty you should visit the other place instead. He's been a mechanic for as long as I can remember too.
