c-lais don't choose what car they drive - it's either the mainlainder husband, or their kid!

Too bad it wasn't a touchless carwash. It could have ripped off that trunk lid, like this guy's door:

carmaniac 02-21-2011 08:49 AM

The vid is on jalopnik already! Lol

To my knowledge the trunk release button is at the bottom of the driver side door..how the hell did she manage to open it when trying to input the code..lol..

To the driver:

TRDood 02-21-2011 12:14 PM

did she even stop and look at the damage after? or just drove off as if nothing happened?

kyoshiro 02-21-2011 12:28 PM

i think she wanted her trunk interior washed as well LOL
today i had a mainlander c-lai walk slowly across the street in Richmond when it was green light for the cars. I be like D:
they seriously dont know that the do not cross light means do not cross.

I believe this tops the greatest thread for 2011 so far

Levitron 02-21-2011 12:49 PM

Whoa...totally never expected so many views on this!

And Jalopnik too!!!

Anyways, the c-lai had it coming. Before all this started, she was blocking traffic with her not moving up the line so that cars could pass by easier. She was either oblivious (which I think is more the case here) or just being a jerk about it. When she leaned out the window to punch in her code to activate the carwash, her trunk popped open. I thought she would leave the car and close it.

But she didn't.

So I honked. And honked. It wasn't as if I didn't try to help. She didn't care and she had it coming. At that point I just started to do video and pictures.

nns 02-22-2011 05:07 PM

OT,

Is it pronounced "Lee-vi-tron", "Lev-e-tron", or "Le-vi-ah-tron"?

vafanculo 02-22-2011 05:28 PM

I'm glad you didn't do anything else than honk. Had you gotten out if your car and closed the trunk, my money is on you wouldn't even have gotten a 'thank you'.
