After workout, usually, people get muscle sore the next day.......

But i m like didn't feel anything the next day.

after a leg workout do treadmill on incline at a low speed for a 5-10 mins, gets the lactic acid away from your muscles so they burn less. It get's rid of the pain you have directly after a workout, but it doesn't get rid of the few days later pain. I think my science behind this is correct, correct me if it isn't.

Foam rolling regularly will help get rid of soreness.

You could even use a tennis ball if you want

I normally get sore the day after a tough practice. Normally just means your muscles are growing.

ye it's normal if you had an intense workout. drink protein shakes, they help you recover faster by supplying you with amino acids and you won't feel as sore

that is incorrect. you can be challenging your muscles even without being sore. Soreness either comes from not doing any activity for a while, or from doing the same exercise a while. one or the other or both. it doesn't necessarily indicate the intensity of your workout.

It's normal. LOOOOOOOOOOOVE IT.

hot bath, sleep, lots of water, stretches, massage all helps. A few days is normal if you've really worked them and they haven't been worked on in a while.
