it shows up on google maps as garden city lands, i think they're holding onto it for further condo developments

Richmond can tax the crap out of it to keep the city happy and it would still shit money, know how many rich young kids with 500hp+ cars there would be at this track every damn day, set up a Bubble World Lounge a Tuner/Detailing shop and it'll turn into it's own fcking city, those kids would never leave

damn would be a lot of totaled cars, the icbc aspect would be very interesting, buying a fast car doesn't make you fast you little punk, daddy should have bought you something other than an exotic for your first car on ya 16th bday!

If I remember correctly, that piece of land in alderbridge/garden city area is classified as a nature reserve. Motorsports making a come back to GVRD would be nice, but I'm not holding my breath for it..

Condos/housing developments are top priority right now.

Won't be possible, near by housing will complain about the noise pollution.
