Photoshop help please

Finally found the wheels I want (and yes, this time I am going to buy them! ), can someone help me out and photoshop both black and silver onto my car. Thanks in advance!

I have a bias against black wheels, yet these actually look pretty good so I am leaning towards black. Price is right too, $599 for the set. Fuck that's almost as cheap as repairing my current rims.

Oh and please save the comments about the car, I've heard them all and then some. If anything, help me out and find me some decent rims for the car.

OK, found a similar wheel on a CLK, leaning further towards black

Thanks! They are a very common design, you see it often on Audis and BMWs.

Have you checked out the VMR VB3? They pretty much look like E46 M3 CSL wheels, very clean, RS sponsor DHP sells them for $1000 too

I looked at VMR and TSW wheels. The problem with both is getting the right bore (66.6) and offset (35). They do not offer many wheels with a 66.6 bore. I could get an adapter, yet for the price, $599, the deal on these wheels is nearly impossible to beat.

I suck at photoshop, but I'd go with the black, it'd be better contrast with your two-tone.

I have seen this in LA and auto shows. One type of rim on one side, a different type on the other.

Best I can do, given the time. I agree the dark rims would look better.

^ Huge thanks LuHua!

If I can find a side profile of a car with these rims, can you try photoshopping them again?

Here's a BMW with VMR 710, the wheels are virtually identical.

So you just want me to move those wheels/rims onto the pic of your car?

Yes, those are forgestars. This car was at the RS meet at the movie theatre in Richmond. I wish I had seen Terrance selling them, I would've taken them. He changes wheels like he changes socks.

My door jams are silver, the black is cutoff about 0.5" inside the door jam. The door jams are thin around the window portion of the door jam, so the weather stripping blocks the silver. The only real noticeable area is the 3" from the bottom of the window to the bottom of the black. It was small enough that it wasn't worth the extra to paint the door jams properly.

Yes please! Thanks! Flip the M3 horizontally first... yet I probably didn't need to say that

I owe you a coffee/beer at the next meet.
