I've been using 25mg ephedrine + 200mg caffeine + 5g creatine as my PWO. I love it, i still get good pumps, it gets me sweating, and it is super cheap.
Anyone else take casein before bed? Recommend me a brand that doesn't taste nasty + gritty and mixes well?

How do you guys take your creatine? I'm currently mixing it with my protein post workout, but the thing is, the creatine doesn't dissolve. When i consume it, its still gritty. Is this okay?
