What I always do is just put the scoop in my mouth, and have a glass of water to get it down.

Some people experience water retention from creatine, but it's only temporary. There's not really a reason why you shouldn't take creatine. It's cheap (200 servings for $30-40), effective, and proven to work.

Anyone know of any damn good green-tea?
I've tried some from Fujiya but wasn't great - going nuts trying to find a taste similar to the one I had a while back that had bits of rice and green tea pieces/stems inside.

serving to price makes it very cheap and the tub last pretty long
only downside is the taste but its legit for pumps.

Yeah those supplements aren't illegal in Canada, and are on shelves of Popeyes, XFuel (SVNCanada), etc.
Anyone know why those supplements aren't allowed to be shipped to Canada? Could it be that it'll fuck up the Canadian prices?
