i dont like white flood. it doesnt really give u a big burst of energy or pump like razor8 or assault. it also tastes like shit (well the raspberry lemonade flavor at least). it just made me sweat a lot more than usual

I personally like white flood. Small scoop per serving (compared to assult). The added "pump" isn't that noticeable, but the energy seems very clean. I've tried other pre-workouts that just got me way to jittery and eventually crash. White flood gave me the boost of energy w/ out making me feel like I was going to have a heart attack!
Also, like someone stated before, for some reason I sweat like crazy on WF though. Posted via RS Mobile | |

Thinking of taking creatine. specifically monohydrate.
But i was looking at assault and it says it includes 5g of creatine per serving. so if i took this, would it mean that my creatine is taken care of?

On the days you take assault, yes. You'll want to take 5g of normal creatine on off days

the new promo is free multi wit assault new flavor is orange mango told u so 
New formula has bcaas but I don't really mind since I use bcaa mixes like xtend and atomic 7

Oh cool I didn't know Universal had a basic amino supp like that. Might give that a try once I run out of Xtend. I have used Xtend twice now - orange and grape. Orange was horrible. "Black Cherry Bomb" sounds pretty awesome  | |

Just placed an order for BPS Endosurge, PES Erase, Testoforce2 (I know normal DAA works for most people but if it dont work I'm stuck for 2 weeks with no option to be able to grab anything), ON ZMA, and 5 lbs of protein...
With shipping came to $180. Would rather just juice but I work in remote locations where they fly me in... They have the right to search my bags before I get on the plane and dont want to risk them finding needles and roids in my bag. Heard good things about this stack.
