Actually its supposed to help with digestion. Also helps with clearing up your skin and helps a bit with fat loss.

can anyone compare between something like 1mr/jack3d/razor to assault? Doesn't have caffeine and any 1,3 DMA which is not supposed to be in my body during competitions

you can get in barley on supp sites but it is over priced. you have to get it off biotest website for the cheap price
i have used that stuff for ever as my post workout and i love it, i dont hype to much about supps but some of the bio test supps are really good
