I'll be ordering from TrueProtein for the first time soon. After reading that Iron Addict post on whey, I am only going to use whey as a PWO from now on. So I ordered a bunch of blends from TP.. 33/33/33 whey/egg/casein, and I will also be trying 50/50 beef/egg

Also going to try beta alanine before. I'm pretty sure I was getting a nice effect from it last time I tried it.

wow you guys take alot of supplements i only take whey protein but i have been thinking about using creatine but i dont want to get too huge i hate buying new clothes

You're not going to get huge when on creatine. You do get a bit bigger, but that's only temporary since the majority of the size gained on creatine is water. Creatine is to improve training intensity, and speeds up recovery. I guess indirectly that it does speed up the fact that you'll need to buy new clothes lol
