Anyone try NeuroCore? I'm almost out of my Pre workout stim, and it's actually reasonably priced locally.

I'm a bit weary of DMAA though :heckno:

ZMA in the morning, beta alanine and AA and 1MR pre; beta al and AA, whey and glutamine +creatine post.

why do you need so many.. zma, beta alanine, amino acids, glutamine..

i got my lift numbers up with just meat and and whey protein lol, going to start using creatine see how that goes for me and ordering assault pwo, if that doesn't work then i just won't use a pwo

i have it its pretty good makes you feel pumped to try and hit a pr every workout , it says to take 1-3 scoops i dont feel much unless i take the full 3 scoops, i dont get a crash either, the only other pre workout ive tried is 1mr and they are both good

I hear great things about AA and beta alanine so this is a trial run.

-Take ZMA at night
-Take AA pre workout (at least 10g, and don't eat food)
-Take beta alanine 2 times a day - 4g each time

zma can be taken at any time of the day as long as its on an empty stomach.. some people cant handle the dreams they have when they take zma before bed..

skinny how does zma compare to alpha brain?

LOL they aren't similar at all. Anyway I had to stop taking alpha brain, and got a refund.

The only effects I felt from alpha brain were nausea and dizziness. IMO the best cheap dream stack is dmae and choline in the day, 5htp at night.

Yeah man they copy pretty much every popular supplement. I don't use a lot of different supps though, I like to keep it simple. But maybe I'll try their stim sometime or their BCAA drink.

My supplement regime consists of:

pre workout stim
LOTS of BCAA
creatine + beta alanine
protein shakes

Tried 1MR pina colada (mixed with Beta Alanine), hated the flavour..super sweet and medicine tasting. Did notice a little pep though.

Skinny, all that BCAA, wont you just be pissing 90% of it out? You suggested 10G of AA, is that of each AA or total AA's?

10G total with the typical 2-1-1 ratio (although you could add an extra scoop of leucine to improve that ratio)

This is if you are training fasted, which you should be doing if your goal is body recomposition

Last time I used supersaver, the order didn't arrive for 4 months. I got a refund after MUCH arguing, and then 1 month later, it showed up. It went from USA to GERMANY of all fucking places, then to Singapore, before coming to Hong Kong :fulloffuck:
