don't get armour-v...taking 6 capsules a day was ridiculous. and it's so much more expensive. $1.00 a serving (armour v) vs $0.40 a serving (optimen)

Any really good MV will be at least 5-6 pills to get >100% RDA. It's up to you if that's worth the $ Quote:

As for BCAA, it depends on your training goals. What I do for body recomp is train fasted. I add 10g pure BCAA +3g leucine to my PWO, and take 2 servings of Xtend (which is another 14g BCAA) with beta 4g alanine added.

Don't get the one with melatonin, it will build in tolerance and you WILL get insomnia. What a stupid idea! 3mg isnt a small dose either!

Capsules won't last long.. but then powder is nasty. IMO the easiest way to take BCAA is a drink like Xtend or Atomic 7, then add leucine to it to improve the ratio. And add leucine to all your shakes and drinks. It's not as nasty as the other BCAA's and mixes better.
I have capped my own BCAA pills but it's kind of a pain in the ass. Capping leucine is really messy, as it sticks to EVERYTHING.
So I woould say,
-Amino drink (tons to choose from)
-Leucine powder (get whatever is cheap)
-Leucine pills (to take with meals)

Sounds like you don't know anything about testosterone supplements or can't afford one lol. jkin. I have tried alot of supplements, but I read alot of good reviews about this product so I ordered alot. I have alot of multivitamins, protien powders, intra workout and preworkouts supplements at home. My favorite multivitamins is orange triad.
