this. i take a nutrilite multi-vitamin and its kept me healthy as fuark so far. normally in my family i was the first one to get sick always and got bashed on by my uncle cus then id get the rest of the fam sick lol since taking them in sept, i haven't been sick once while the family has had the flu at least twice. And i've been making out wit my gf when she's sick and im still healthy
thats cuz ur hitting the gym not multi. i haven't been sick in 1.5 years
do you ever get sick, i have taken vit D for about 5 years now and i have never been sick or anything. vitamin d is money about 3000iu- 5000iu a day and u r set to go
+1 for vitamin D, esp in the winter months. taking 2000IU a day myself. some other vitamin D enthusiasts might load up with a larger dose once a week.
I haven't taken any protein powder for 2-3yrs now, so not sure what's good and what's not. I see there are quite a few new brands out now and it got me all confused. How is the six star brand? Also noticed that superstore PC has there own whey protein out. It reads for a 3 scoop serving, there is 38g of protien. Any input on these brands? I'm not looking for a mass gainer, as I used to take high protien low carb powder before and I want to stick to that. Posted via RS Mobile
i used to get sick every spring and fall like clockwork. since i started going to the gym ive been sick ONCE in 4 years and that was this passed november which was an especially bad cold season. and it lasted 3 days.
whos done an EC stack from ~12% or under BF? how long were you on and what were your results? bf% is irrelevent, i just mean for someone whos already on the leaner side.
im in the middle of my bulk right now but already planning my cut for middle of may
aiming for better than 195 by then, with plans to cut 15-18 lbs of bodyfat.
i think i can probably burn off in 5 weeks based on what i did in 2011 simply thru diet adjustment (low carb), but if things dont go quite so well or i want to go farther, i want to have my plan sorted out. or even if i just want to accelerate the cut.
