you guy's take a full scoop of assault?,i take Half and it kinda tunnel zones me out with focus with feeling of wide awake,guess it shouldn't take it at 8 pm and work out till 10:30.

ECA for sure. Noticed the biggest "fat burned" while on this then trying anything else such as ripped freak. highly recommended :P and i'm currently still doing it lol

I have a friend that took a full scoop and told me that he can barely breathe during his work out.

When I took a full scoop it gave me a good burst of energy during the work out, but once my muscles give out, I still feel too much energy left over from it.

u work out for 2 1/2 hours? anyways, i dont recommend taking assault after 7. whenever i use to take it anytime after 7, i would get insomnia. wouldnt be able to sleep until 4-6am.

yup,i work out that long doing bench presses,Overhead Triceps,with 5 minute breaks between,Most hard workout is squats IMO,i checked my heart beats per minute using the tread mill after for a light jog and it was 170 slowly counting down..After just raging on it lol..

and yeah,pretty much gave myself insomnia taking the pre-workout Supplement,Warning to anyone else,screws your sleeping habit up taking it late in the day

ya i usually can't sleep when i take assault after 6pm.
but fuck...that stuff is crazy. i lift pretty strong throughout my whole workout :thumbs:
does anyone's skin get kinda dry though 10min after taking it?

I don't have trouble sleeping after (I only take half a scoop) and I usually take it around 8:30pm. However, sometimes I wake up in the morning with a raging boner more so than usual and the urge to fap keeps me awake and I can't go back to sleep.

myself i don't drink or smoke weed,or let alone have any stimulants like Redbull where it give's my body a chance to be sensitized to Energy supplements, I don't even Take Pain Killers when i'm sick or ill

How much water do you drink?,you probably already know but it says on the cover to drink a minimum of 1 gallon of water daily while on it,what is about 3.7L of water,i Drank 2L of water but i was pissing like race horse every 10 minutes about 6 time's....more worried about water intoxication then following their recommendation,What do you Guy's think about that???..

i Get dry skin too,but i don't know if it the winter weather,or the hot showers after working out,i take Omega-3 Krill oil too,good for the Joint's & skin

oh,i meant muscle pharm's assault label that recommends to drink a minimum of 1 gallon of water daily while taking their product...3.7L of water..

ive been taking 1/2 scoops of assault. how much water you guys using? 8oz? or more? does it matter?

in the summer i drink 6-8 liters of water a day no sweat. k lots of sweat. gotta make sure youre taking in electrolytes to go with all the water too.


as for the stims, alpha do you get NOTHING from them? i mean, taking a scoop of pre-workout isnt going to make you fly off like an 8ball of blow. lots of the time i dont actually 'feel' anything. but it does make me get off the couch at the absolute very least.

what have you tried other than assault? try taking a 1 scoop sized sample on an empty stomach of superpumpMAX (altho dont if you get drug tested according to the label), and check your heart rate before, and 45 minutes after. but dont do anything other than lay down. see if your heart rate goes up at all or if your head feels like you gotta go focus on something.

lol first time i tried razor8 i was like wtf is this shit, am i supposed to feel any different?

next i tried was assault when spending an all nighter, still felt nothing i said i was shaking but that was because it was 18 degrees in my house lol

then tried 2 scoops of that, meh no difference
