Yup I tell everyone who will listen not to do that. You also get serotonin zaps which is pretty disturbing when trying to sleep.
5-HTP + B6 is said to be a bad idea too, as B6 converts it to serotonin too early. However I don't think it's too big of an issue to do once in a while. It sucks because this means you can't take 5-HTP + ZMA at the same time.
For anyone who hasn't tried Phenibut, give it a go. You will never have better sleep. 600mg is all it takes to knock me out for 8 hours. Any more than that and you get a hangover

did a bunch of googling. zma and melatonin are fine together. the issues are the same as just taking melatonin on its own. you shouldnt take it every day and you should come off it every once in a while too

I took melatonin + full 3 cap dose of ZMA and had slight feelings of 'too much' while falling asleep.
Usually whenever I combine sleep supplements, I lower the dosages

I don't think assault has 300mg caffeine per scoop. I did 3/4 scoop today, and it didn't feel like a big dose. Usually I can tell. Posted via RS Mobile | |

with starting off, what would be a basic supplement list to have?
- which vitamins are key
- protein
- creatine?
- pre-workout
etc
i don't want to go too extreme on this, just something that will help at the gym and with recovery
going to put something together and order from BB
