Time to do a bb.com order!

Going to buy some more protein, more Essential Amino (will try another bbcom flavour.. but it feels like it doesn't have as much caffeine TBH) aaaaaaaaaaand that's about it I think.

Doesnt mix very well.

neggo 03-04-2012 11:51 PM

Ran out of my ON double chocolate whey protein which wasn't even all that great, IMO. Tastes just like any regular chocolate.

Probably going to pick up a tub of Kaizen tomorrow.

If you look at ingredients one comes from 'whey blend' and one comes from whey isolate. AFAIK whey isolate > whey blend (mostly whey concentrate which is a cheaper source of proteeenz).

Might be broscience but anything with whey blend = protein farts, indigestion, discomfort for me.

Never taken protein before and I'm looking forward to start gaining more weight and exercising and working out on a daily routine.
What's something I should go buy? Do you guys have any tips and what am I supposed to start doing on a daily basis? I weigh 130 so I'm pretty damn skinny

Thanks in advance

I'd personally do: chicken, beef, quick oats, peanut butter, tuna, bananas, yams, oranges, eggs, skim milk, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, wholegrain bread, protein powder, multis, fish oil, lots of dark green veggies, tons of water.
skip creatine because meh don't need it
brown rice cuz that shit's nasty
whole milk because unnecessary excess of fats

and starting strength for routine because it works, from experience muahaha
