Incredibly synergistic with choline and all cholinergenics) Others: Huperzine-A, Vinpocetine, Rhodiola, Yohimbine, Ephedrine (depending on goals) IMO a good preworkout stack would be Caffeine 200-300mg Tyrosine 500-1000mg Alpha GPC 600-900mg ALCAR 750-1000mg Oxiracetam 750mg (will try aniracetam today) NO preworkout is going to give you this much of each dosage, so really the only way is to do it yourself. Additionally, take 5g creatine and 8g beta alanine daily. |

is ON's amiN.O considered a pre workout? it does have 160mg of caffeine in it. but it also says you can use it in the morning, pre workout, post workout :fulloffuck: |

How many tsps do you guys take of fish oil? I take 1, as the bottle says (Nutrasea). I'm wondering if taking 2 would be better. I remember when I first started taking it last April. Anyone take any fiber supps? Looking to up my intake of fiber for more/better frequent movements. Are these supps worth it or is there a better, cheaper, faster way to clear the pipes? |
