Someone posted a test booster awhile back that was backed up by blood tests, anyone recall the name? Wanna try it out with a new preworkout for the summer |
D-Aspartic Acid is one that is shown to increase test The role and molecular mechanism of D... [Reprod Biol Endocrinol. 2009] - PubMed - NCBI Remember to take an aromatase inhibitor, just like if you were taking actual test. And cycle - 12 days on, 1 week off, repeat if necessary. 3g per day was the effective dose |

Considering they add strong ingredients that aren't listed on the label, it may actually work but who the fuck knows what's in it :fuckthatshit: |
hey Skinny, can you review the " revolution-nutrition - Bull Dose Extreme" PreWO. Thanks man. |
http://www.revolution-nutrition.com/...se-extreme.jpg Not much to go off there.. The only thing we know for sure is that there is 10g of sugar, which is listed at the bottom of the "EXTREME PUMP" section. Which means there must be more than 10g each of the ingredients above it, which of course is impossible with only 14g left. So the label is sketchy as fuck One thing you can be sure of, 14g of all those ingredients means, there isn't much of anything useful. Probably 300mg of caffeine. |
came upon this article and was wondering if anyone has tried it ? Shocking Discovery for Joint Relief its called "Instaflex Joint Support" and apparently it hit GNC Canada couple months ago and became #1 joint supplement |
Any thoughts on CLA? |
Waste of coin |
Noted. |
Thoughts on green tea extract? green tea extract + caffeine? |
Can you guys recommend a good supplement to reduce body fat.. I am at the last 2-3 pounds and it's getting tough. Diet is solid. Other then the EC or ECA stack because already taking preworkout stuff loaded with caffiene. I do have ephedrine pills but have not taken them. |
Green tea extract paired with caffeine supposedly increases metabolism, suppresses apetite, burns calories just like EC but much safer. Green Tea Extract by NOW: Lowest Prices At Bodybuilding.com "A randomized double-blind, controlled parallel multicenter trial consisting of a 2-week run-in period and a 12-week treatment period tested Green Tea Extract's mechanisms of action. Healthy young men who took green tea containing a total of 150 mg caffeine and 270 mg EGCg per day in divided doses burned more calories and fat than those who took only 150 mg caffeine daily.* A placebo containing no caffeine or EGCg did not improve metabolism. Although caffeine does stimulate metabolism, obviously other substances in the Green Tea Extract were responsible for some of that metabolism-boosting effect.*" |

I thought it would be interesting to let you guys know about this, redditor tested protein powders for actual protein content submitted by users in closed packets. Guys! A Redditor just finished lab tests on a bunch of protein powder brands! - Bodybuilding.com Forums https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/...any=true#gid=0 Original reddit topic: Offering broscience service: I'll test your protein powders : Fitness Raging @ Myofusion... http://gif.mocksession.com/wp-conten...11/01/fuck.gif |

As expected, ON makes solid protein, idiot vegan alternatives are shit, and cheap whey is crap whey. Cheap = bad But expensive doesn't necessarily mean good. Too bad I found out about this too late, I would have sent him some Nectar... Love that shit so much, but I really hope it's legit. Considering the price, and the fact that it is also available as a medicinal supplement, I would bet that it is. |
