I think for MVs, a 1/3 dose is plenty. If you really needed 100% RDI from vitamins, you aren't eating properly. If you were a vegan, then you'd definitely need a full dose, but everyone else, 1/3 or even 1/4 should be enough to "top things off"

I don't even buy locally any more bro, but I would do XFuel on Boundary. Buddy there gives you $10 back towards any supplement for every $100 you spend. Not bad as it does add up if you purchase quite a bit over time.

Online is the cheapest my friend if possible for you.

Quick review; been on MP Assault for a week now, and I must say, it seems to work. You don't get the wired/jitters of Superpump or 1MR, but the greater endurance and stamina is clearly and definitely noticeable.

However, because it doesn't feel as 'stimulating' as Superpump and 1MR (only other two PreWO I've tried), I don't get the same feeling of focus as I've had with the other two. I don't have that crazy "I'M GONNA RIP THIS SET UP" feeling with Assault.

A caveat, I did also start dosing Beta Alanine at the same time, so my anecdotal evidence may be confounded, but from what I've read I don't think BA would have such an effect so soon.
