you could get them, they help you stay healthy. Make sure your diet is in check as well. There are so many benefits you get from MV and FO

Controlled Labs Orange Triad MV - joint support! (says you have to take like 3 in a day, I just take one in the morning)

I ended up ordering the Optimum MVs and Fish Oil. Looked like a good deal on Amazon.com. I'll try the Controlled Labs after!

Any recommendations for other pre-workouts?
Currently using Assault and gonna try out Craze. Not sure about jack3d cause they changed their formula?
Or should I just stick to what I have atm lol

Those are probably the go-to products right now. If Assault is working for you, stick with it. Craze is full of stimulants, but works really well apparently. Although I'm assuming Assault won't do shit for you once you try Craze.
I was given a tub of N.O. Xplode, and found that it gave pretty good energy, and buffered lactic acid especially well.

give c4 a try, not a strong as assault though (good or bad) assault used to kill my appetite, c4 doesnt. craze is strong as fuck

I've used a tub of assault now, I don't really feel any different or see a difference in energy, but gives me a kind of "focus" if that makes sense when I work out. 1MR makes me feel sick. Razor 8 was decent don't think it's too good for you though. N.O Xplode was pretty good, but felt weird after my workouts lol. Tried a friend's White Flood had a lot of energy, felt pretty good after with a good workout, might buy a tub to try it.
