I was wondering if anyone here has had any reviews for me (positive or negative) with an ec stack, otherwise known as ephedrine. Looking to add this to shred some weight as well as maintain my appetite. I read online that use of this could result in heart irregularities and other side effects , which could possibly be harmful to me. (i have a heart condition) but I was planning to take this in moderate dosages and not abuse it so I think it should be fine. I just wanted other peoples opinions on how ephedrine has worked or didnt work for them
thanks in advance.

thanks in advance. | honestly, if you are serious about losing weight (for the long term), just cut out the refined carbs. That along with exercise will give you good results without having to take "drugs".

thanks in advance. | Quote: What are the risks to taking an EC Stack
Ephedrine can increase your blood pressure significantly. If you already have prehypertension or hypertension, this will increase your risk for stroke and heart attack.
Ephedrine can lower blood potassium levels putting you at risk for heart palpitations if your potassium intake is low.
Ephedrine can enhance psychiatric issues such as depression and anxiety.
Ephedrine increases your body temperature and can put you at greater risk of heat stroke.
Ephedrine AND caffeine are vasoconstrictors. Because of this they increase risk in those who are already at risk for stroke and heart attack. Do not use if you have been diagnosed with any of the following
high blood pressure, hypertension or prehypertension
diabetes or prediabetes
anxiety disorders, especially if you are on an SSRI, SNRI or MAOI
any cardiovascular disease, angina, coronary heart disease, coronary artery disease
hyperthyroidism
heart palpitations or heart defects, tachyarrhythmias
kidney problems, impaired adrenal function, hypoxia, hypercapnia, acidosis
closed angle glaucoma, phaeochromocytoma, asymmetric septal hypertrophy (idiopathic hypertrophic subaortic stenosis), or ventricular fibrillation. | Source: EC Stack - hotnfit.com

alot of PWO are powder versions of 5 hour energy drinks... with respect to the ingredients that get you wired. It is more cost effective to get the powder, and you get the BCAAs creatine etc...

Does anyone here want the rest of my Dymatize Elite protein powder? I cannot stand the taste anymore. I bought a 5lb tub and put up with it since September. The flavor is Rich Chocolate with the "New Improved Taste." I've got about a good 2 inches left from the bottom. Elite 100% Whey Protein by Dymatize at Bodybuilding.com - Lowest Prices on Elite 100% Whey Protein!
Also if anyone here eats oats, specifically plain Quaker Rolled Oats, I have a 5lb protein tub half full of it that you can also have.
Send me a pm.

she weighs 115lbs and doesn't work out. shes active, goes hiking, long walks etc etc, but she needs help gaining weight.
she cant force herself to shove down 5-6 meals a day. so shes trying to find out some supplements she can take to help her gain some weight.
anyones in specific? just weight gainers and continue her regular activities?
