He is a really honest guy after the last few days working at the same event with him.

I will go through this tub and hopefully convert, Trying to mke a mini home gym right now. Few years ago I was gifted a bench set with bar so I need to find some dumbells.

Kaizen Natural Whey Protein is on sale at Superstore for $19.99 for 2kg bags :)

JKam 03-03-2014 03:04 PM

I'm interested in getting a greens supplement but I have no idea what I'm looking for. I get a lot of broccoli, zucchini, spinach and brussels sprouts (sometimes kale is it's on sale) in my diet already but wanted greens supplements as something a little extra.

Any suggestions for brands or what I should be looking for in the ingredients list? Or if I should even bother?

I just picked up a tub at the Brentwood Costco location. Great protein for the price.

iPee 04-12-2014 12:39 PM

I saw this in the downtown location today, will probably pick it up once I've finished my tub of quickmass.

Looking for alternatives tired of ordering online from bodybuilding for elite mass.

I personally go to vitamin shoppe to get gold standard. it's 59.99 USD which comes up to ~65 CAD. I find that store has the best rates
You should be good on bringing them back.

Fat burners... I use Muscle pharm CLA or MRM CLA 180 soft gels. MRM is cheaper and you get more. Seems to work just as well for me if you compare it with MP

I saw that Costco in the states had a good deal with c4 pre-work out. Pack of two for about 45 dollars or something?

van_city23 06-22-2014 04:08 PM

I think the most you can bring back is a 90 day supply of supplements

How many of you guys watch Marc on YouTube? how many buy his product?
If you don't know him, I gotta say dude is as legit as a dude can be. He despises industry bullshit, and it seems his life mission aside from remaining jacked the rest of his life is to provide the best quality supplements and no BS advice one can give.
He's got his MTS nutrition stuff set up, and if you follow him on YouTube he not only takes on you actual tours of his facilities on a regular basis so you can see where the shit is made (in the USA) but he also shows you chemical lab test results that literally show the percentages and amounts of listed ingredients for some of his products just in case you still have any doubt.

I really like what he's about, and if we support guys like this in the industry, then soon the greedy marketing salesmen who've never lifted a weight in their life but know how to sleaze and slang their product will be on the outside looking in...
damn I just realized I sound like a paid fckin spokesperson for MTS

IDK what's best or not but I've been using Xtend blue raspberry for awhile now
SciVation Xtend at Bodybuilding.com: Lowest Prices for Xtend

decent price, good taste, mixes well with pre-workouts if you wanna use it for that -- I usually just go 1 scoop xtend + 1 scoop preworkout and sip throughout workout

Yea at first and for a while I thought the same thing, I mean we got companies trying to cram garbage down our throats left and right, nothing new... but the more you watch his videos on youtube the more you realize he takes the shit seriously. He's just as tired of "bullshit marketing" as the rest of us, he wants real product so he fckin went out and made it himself.
I been watching you tube fitness related videos for years and years now, and I can probably count on one hand the amount of times a big brand name company released a test results like this on their product. And he's doing this on a regular basis.
