piracetam (aside from its "brain drug" affects) is a staple in my preworkout drinks. really gives u the extra focus in the gym to rip shit up. though it doesnt necessarily do anything for ur strength, it really lets u concentrate. great for superset days and days where u want to keep rest at a minimum i find.

I'd love to get my hands on some again, and see if it can help cure my laziness. Know of an online source? I looked at all the places that used to carry, and nobody seems to anymore. Now it's just the sketchy online pharmacies that do...

creatine monohydrate its the best cheapest and works amazing

look for a creatine monohydrate sourced from creapure. most companies rebrand creatine made from a few larger companies. creapure is one of the better ones. Allmax is one popular company that sells it. worked good for me.

ditto. ive used optimum and higher power (soon to be bodybuilding brand) creatine mono. both were essentially the same except i believe skinny did make a point before that the more expensive brands grains dissolve a bit easier.

Yeah I found that the really cheap ones didn't dissolve well, and tended to cause gut discomfort. Anything that uses CreaPure will be roughly the same price, and won't have issues like that. Last one I bought was ProLab and it was good.

bio test creatine is cheap, about the only thing on that site lol

creatine mono doesnt even dissolve in hot water, gotta stir and drink immediately

you guys notice a difference when using it? im on it again, but didnt do loading, its been two weeks in, no weight change yet, been drinking tons of water too

curious as to why u decided not to load it.

after reading some celltech reviews online i decided against buying it & buying some mono, when do u guys take it on/off training days & the recommended dosage. This is my first time taking creatine sorry for the noob questions :/
