Softball Players Needed. (Specifically girls)
Our core team has been playing for about 8 years.
League Name : Vancouver Recreational Softball League.
Although purely for fun, we play competitive enough to try not to lose.

Division : 4 Pitch Red with about 8 teams.
Reds Divison
Games played once a week. Every Thursday, depending if we get rained out or not. Played throughout the summer.
Its a co-ed league.
We field 5 guys and 3 girls on the field.
Currently short 2-3 girls.
Although, if you and your significant other wants to play.
We definitely can accommodate a girl and a guy on our team.
Accepting temporary subs as well, if you cant commit.
We play 4 Pitch.
4 Pitch is slow pitch. However, we pitch to our own team.
For some, fairly easy to hit the ball.
Do you have to be good to join?
No. Just as long as you arent afraid of catching.
How much?
It varies every year depending on how many players. My guesstimate is about $30 to $50 for the summer.
Where do we play?
Baseball parks are played throughout Vancouver.
Start time is 7pm.
We practice once in awhile on weekends.
Usually not real practice. Most of our practice consists of beer, batting practice, simple plays...etc.. lounging around enjoying the summer.
