+1 to the people who sticks like their whole front bumper + fender out of a parking lot or side street when waitting to turn right... like WTF... see now i have to stop to let you in...and when i slow down.. they fuckin wait for me to stop..and then turns right... FUUUUUU i am tryin to save gas...

You really should dispute that, I would love to see what part of the MVA states how many seconds you need to have your signal on for.

I have had girls tell me they notice that if they signalling people tend to speed up and not let them into the lane, strange that i've not heard this from a guy. Perhaps guys can commit and finish the lane change faster where chicks dilly dally.

If someone makes a safe lane change and didn't use a signal, its a waste of time and money to pull them over. There are better and less harassing things cops could be doing.
If someone cuts it a little close during a lane change regardless if the turn signal was used or not I think that they should be pulled over and issued a ticket because those are the ones that cause accidents. just my .02

I bet if you did a poll less than 50% would know the difference between the two. Instead of a triangle picture I think signs that actually say merge vs yield would make much more sense.

Attempting to pass someone in the right lane using the left, and they SPEED UP as you try to overtake. This happened a few times to me whenever I'm on I-5, more recently on Friday evening, when a semi truck sped up as I was passing, in the dark pissing rain near the outlets.

Also, people who last second signal making a left turn. I almost got rear-ended because some motherfucker decided to do that while slowing down (even if the guy behind me was following a bit too close).

I was just in California and it's far worse than BC.

1. I noticed that hardly anyone uses their signals. Here it's at least 50% compliance. There it's 10%.
2. There was an unnatural amount of rain coming down and visibility went lower than I've ever experienced in the daytime and early evening. Yet, on the freeway hardly anyone turned on their lights.

By comparison I almost feel like praising BC drivers.

The no signalling while lane changing doesn't bug me that much as long as they are not cutting me off. It is when they are turning left and either don't or do it last minute at an intersection as I am behind them. Also, like the meme posted earlier, the right turning in an intersection without signalling pisses me off.

OT: what ticks me off the most is when drivers are driving in the middle lane AND THEY DO NOT GO INTO THE RIGHT LANE TO TURN RIGHT! THEY JUST FUCKING TURN RIGHT DIRECTLY FROM THE MIDDLE LANE! vent over.

I don't know why people get pissed at this... the limit is the same no matter which lane you are in ... 50km is 50km in the left middle and right lane... So unless the guy in the leftest lane is going 40, you really don't have the right to be mad if they are going 50-60km.

You're retarded. The left lane is the passing lane, meaning if you can't keep up, you get out of the way. You don't sit there doing 55 and hold up traffic. It's a courtesy for other drivers on the road. If you wanna talk law, you shouldn't even be driving in the passing lane in the first place, it's only used for passing. Slower traffic keep right, yea?

I was telling some chick that if your lost and your going below the speed limit looking for a turn in you should turn on your hazards so people around you know. She then tells me it's illegal to use your hazards unless it's an emergency.....
