Senna: Beyond The Speed of Sound Documentary
The BDRip of this documentary was released today. Just finished watching it and it's epic! I recommend grabbing the BDRip along with the english subs to fully enjoy it, but here it is on Youtube (no subs):
The story of the monumental life and tragic death of legendary Brazilian motor-racing Champion, Ayrton Senna. Spanning the decade from his arrival in Formula One in the mid 80's, the film follows Senna's struggles both on track against his nemesis, French World Champion Alain Prost, and off it, against the politics which infest the sport. Sublime, spiritual yet, on occasion, ruthless - Senna conquers and transcends Formula One to become a global superstar. Privately, he is humble, almost shy, and fiercely patriotic, donating millions to his native Brasil and contemplating a life beyond motor-racing. Yet he is struck down in his prime on the blackest weekend in the history of the sport, watched live on television by 300 million people. Years on he is revered in Formula One as the greatest motor racing driver of all time - and in Brasil as a Saint.
Note:Most of the audio even if labeled "Portuguese" is English.English subs are not really necesary

why would it be in theatres here? its already available on Blu-Ray
Senna is awesome and all but i find it hilarious that they praise him for his aggressive, crash inducing style, yet they bring out the pitchforks and torches on Schumi when he's never even pulled half as crazy shit

I just found subs that work with the piratebay 8gb release.
u definitely need subs to watch this, yes the portuguese version is mostly in english, BUT the race commentaries and news reports r in portuguese which means u only get half of the movie.

did you buy it? if so, where? I was doing some searching around, and it looks like the blu-ray hasn't been released to North American retail yet, only in Japan.
