San Diego - where to go along the way? Hi guys, I want to take a ride down south to San Diego, not sure if I'll drive down there or not. Anybody know the travel time? Can anybody recommend any stops/tourist destinations along the way? Best hotels/motels, etc to stay at while I'm down there and any good restaurants/beaches? I've never been past Seattle, so it would be nice to stop by a few places and check some stuff out. I'll probably take the scenic route. Any advice would be great. |
im headed down to Diego in the summer so i was checking out some sites to see i wont be driving so no help about the route down there So in Diego; Balboa Park seems to be a major attraction and there's lots of museums in there check out this website http://www.balboapark.org/ and of course the San Diego Zoo http://www.sandiegozoo.org/ Im also really into movies/theatres so Im hoping to find a really nice theatre down there to check out a movie; hopefully one of those theatres with luxury seating couple with d-box + dinner (haven't found one with all those features in 1 though) |
