The Arc really does look like a top notch phone aesthetically, but those shortcomings are pretty big IMO. At least it looks like we'll be getting it pretty soon here in Canada, so I'll be able to play with it more in person.

The X10 I did have some experience with, and it's a POS. The thing is slower than my sister's LG GT540 which costs like $150.
The only people who should buy SE phones are Sony fanboys. Everyone else, stay away. | I agree. Sony ericsson has been disappointing for the last few years now. They're always lagging behind the technology that other companies offer. The last good phone that they had which was on par with the technology of its time was the k750 and the k800. It's been downhill from there. Until sony ericsson changes their business model and manages to keep up with companies like HTC and Samsung, I would not invest any money on one of their devices.

Well my X10 just died a few days ago.. after the countless times trying to revive it, gave up and got an iPhone 4. Rogers already has the xperia arc and play on preorder for a while now though. Love how thin it is but reliability is something that you can't give up just for looks |

It just doesn't have the hardware to warrant its price. It's about twice as expensive as it should be, probably because of the brand.

But both of them are good phone, nexus S you can custom it as much as you want, ARC have better camera features Posted via RS Mobile |
