how to unlock motorola w370?

can someone help me unlock this phone?

its fairly old so im having a hard time trying to find the unlock codes or the right procedures to

something about a "subsidy password" when the phone boots up with a different carrier simcard

any help is appreciated

also looking to get the unlock code for free or under 10$
