Yes. CTV on 6pm news tonight admitted they called Matthew Zhang the driver of the Audi but that was not the case and they apologize to Matthew and his family.

maybe you should change your facebook settings so they can't just creep your pics and use them next time.

err what? The onus is on the reporter/broadcast station to ensure that their information is accurate. Although Facebook is public domain, it doesn't give them the right to randomly grab pictures and say this person did that. That's a lawsuit in the making - hence the apology.
