The concept is beautiful. The test models...not so much.

im really thinking that the production model will be more in line with the ft86-II concept than the more elegant and agressive scion concept. btw, that spoiler looks really ugly.

I was really hoping for it to be like the first concept. But these sets of spy shots look decent. I'm not liking the rear so much but we will have to see it unwrapped.
I just hope I don't feel like I regret getting myself the car I have now opposed to this FT-86

Later spy shots of the almost final test mule should be the best deciding factor to buy or not to buy the car

Yea and also as I would have guessed they will shrink the lights down to a more "operable" size. Tailights would be better if they were longer and thinner almost like the concept to fit the overall dimension of the car.

thing is, the latest FR-S concept was a fiveaxxis creation (much like those concepts back then with tC iQ etc) that it was impossible that the production version would have looked like the latest version.

By the looks of the camo'd cars I'd say it'll still look largely like the original FT-86 concept aka the GT5 video shape:

Wait what? So Subaru is making a BRZ, but the Scion FRS is already in production process?
