^Yeah it'd suck more battery if your wifi is not connected. But if you have wifi in your area and you're browsing and using internet, try to use wifi cuz using HSPA drains more battery

EDIT: I use the soft BlackBerry case. It doesn't make your phone look cheap like the ebay silicones do. I got it at Future Shop in a pack of 2 for like $25 I believe.
The soft case in this guy's post.

Might just grab one of those cheap, silicone cases off ebay

I use one of these:

Another crapy thing about the OS7. Not very many apps for it yet.

If you guys need to unlock your BlackBerries, email these guys on Monday at midnight: Blackberry Unlock Codes / Blackberry Unlocking / Free Codes Mon - Unlockthatphone.com - BlackBerry Forums at CrackBerry.com

Every Monday they give away a (maybe a few) free unlock code. I emailed them about 15 minutes after 12, and someone had already emailed them before me but they still gave me a code free of charge.

You don't buy a Blackberry for apps. You buy one because you have work that needs to be done, or you want to pretend that you're a business person.

But i ended up with the blackberry hard case because it covered the entire rim of the phone

This is probably the best and most durable case.

I will be picking up one myself.

Care to explain? I have a hard time believing they'll just hand over a new battery... at least I doubt Telus would.

Well there was a replacement notice from RIM so you contact your provider and they mail you one for free.
However I didnt want to wait because my phone would die every 6 hours with minimal usage so I just went into a Rogers store and boom

DavidNguyen 10-30-2011 09:36 AM

So all I'd have to do is contact rogers and ask for new battery?

I'm a lil skeptical

Let me know how you make out :troll:

In all seriousness, I might try calling telus and see. I just have the worst timing when I call. It's always at least a half hour wait to talk to someone :(

Any links to this replacement notice from RIM?
