I'm not using a blackberry 9900 but i have a general question about setting up an email account on blackberrys and thought this would be the best place to post.

I just got data on my plan and i can't seem to set up my gmail. i keep getting a msg saying i have to enable IMAP from the settings of my gmail account, which is already enabled, then go to the email setup and validate it. i do that and it keeps telling me that msgs aren't through and i need to enable IMAP.

Just came back from HK with my 9900 (from Rogers) and used the local SIM cards with no problem.

Phone also worked in Beijing airport as well

anyone upgrade from ver 7 bundle 1346 to 2406?

Battery life is brutal as is there's some links from CB reporting even worse performance? Is that possible..??

I'm getting the clock ticking animation and freezing, usually happens to BB after a year of use, I'm tempted to back up and re-install.

Device extremely slow since OS update - BlackBerry Forums at CrackBerry.com
