Discount and they give instant unlock codes after you pay.

It is a 5 dollar discount.

How is the camera on the 9900, say compared to the 9780? I'm kind of worried about the "all focus". The pictures that Kevin took on CB were quite bad, especially the macro one lol

Yeh it is true there is no auto focus on the 9900

But the pictures always depends on the time of day, the lighting and the photographer , overall I think it isn't such a huge disavantage without auto focus. It isn't too off from the 9780. But hey thumps up for the 720p recording!

The dimensions of the phone should be on gsmarena.com

I think its similar to 9000 in terms of size but half the width of it, this is the thinnest blackberry to hit the market to this date.

Guess you'll need to wait for the 9790 if you want dimensions smaller than the 9900.

9900 is sick!

I wish I can get the 9900, but I have warranty on my 9780 for 2 years, and it's only been 6 months.

2 full days with quite a bit of text messaging, emails, bbm, about 15 minutes of phone calls, light web browsing, and about 30 minutes of bluetooth audio streaming in the car. Screen on brightest and bluetooth constantly on.

and just in case anyone can't wait, The Telephone Booth has screen protectors and one type of soft case for the 9900; very steep pricing though

The battery is smaller than the one on 97xx, but it does the job.

I took mine off the charger today at 930 this morning, so about 12 hours and I'm at 13%.

7%/hr is crap, my torch did 4%/hr.

I'm using .269 OS though, my friends who just got it say their battery is the shits on .261 (stock Rogers).

Going to do a wipe and selective restore and cycle the battery tonight and see if it improves.
