Metropole (1 table) and Hildon hotel (multiple) down in Gastown have them. Encountered them 2 weeks ago on bros night out. Don't know why I even remember this.

Not really a lounge, but there's a place on robson w/ pool tables. It's called nicola cafe.
U can go get drunk at the bars on robson then head over there for some pool?

yaletown brewing co has a pool table. It's a restaurant but the area where the bar/pool table is is more loungey
