Visited Prodrive Head Quarters in the UK

I had wanted to for years but received an unexpected oppurtunity to visit Prodrive's Heritage Centre at their Head Quarters/Factory in Banbury in the UK last week.... my GF and I didn't get a chance to do the factory tour but we DID get their Heritage Centre all to ourselves for 30 minutes! With my Canon DSLR and a 11-16mm Tokina lens.... we managed to get some good shots. Note the Prodrive P2 that many of you will remember from Top Gear.... you will also probably recognize a lot of the other cars as well.

I apologize that I didn't embed 90% of the photos here but I just didn't have the time.

wowwwww. I only know Prodrive as a Subaru tuner. I didn't know they have so much experience with Aston Martins, and have even done F1 cars too!

Awesome pics, OP. Too bad about not getting the factory tour.

Prodrive's pretty awesome. David Richards, the guy who owns Prodrive was also part of the group that bought Aston Martin from Ford a couple years ago. He's also had plans for starting his own F1 team for the last couple of years, and rumour was that he wanted to brand it as Aston Martin.

From 1994 until 2007 Aston Martin was part of the Ford Motor Company, becoming part of the company's Premier Automotive Group in 2000. On 12 March 2007, it was purchased for £479 million by a joint venture company, headed by David Richards and co-owned by Investment Dar and Adeem Investment of Kuwait and American businessman John Sinders.[4] Ford retained a US$77 million stake in Aston Martin, valuing the company at US$925 million.[5]

David Richards is Chairman of AM and Prodrive.

Prodrive is a busy, busy company. They are managing the Mini WRC efforts now too!

all of Prodrive's current involvements in the auto sales industry and racing is insane! they've come a long way compared to a mere 10 years ago!
