Things to do at Dallas

I'll be in Dallas for 2.5 days and I was wondering if anyone could give me any recommendations of what I should look for to do there.

I'll definitely be visiting the Cowboys Stadium, American Airlines Centre, Reunion Tower, maybe shooting range, etc. etc. ie.

I'm looking more towards sight-seeing, ie. museum, more than anything else. Any suggestions would be great.

^That's exactly what I'm there for :P, but I'm just wondering what else I can do besides going to the game.

BARBEQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! Texas is WONDROUS for barbeques and definitely worth any wait. Such sweet succulent meats, bigger than your face, for a decent price... *drool* I need to go back to Texas. Eat catfish, beef and pork. Chicken is dryish (yes, i will say that after going to several places, all ending the same way). Mesquite is not a potato chip flavour for nothing!

You may think it's not worth it, but you use up about 2-3 hours eating and drinking, so make it count! :)

Eat BBQ! Never order Large of anything there - its MASSIVE. .. like falling off the plate that's as big as a 14" screen MASSIVE.
