Just posting this up cause I drove by, and knew there must be some student / bachelors on here that could find this an awesome deal.
Looks to be in great shape and the sun is shining hard on it, so it probably is completely dry. 
That is a file photo of the near exact style.

I don't think you're supposed to take those items. As it seems they're being donated to the Canadian Diabetes Foundation?
That looks like a decent Ikea little chest of drawers there too minus the LG stickers on it
But, Finders keepers I guess.
