are running shoes bad for it? cuz i do run occasionally as well as do the grouse grind once to twice a week but don't want to buy separate shoes for it. i was looking at the nike free run+2 but it looks like it'll get destroyed by the grind.

just get another pair of trail runners if you're scared of destroying your current pair. good shoes make a difference especially for the grind

i gotta pair of freeruns+2s but i stick to my cross trainers. Better grip, better support, and the harder rubber sole helps a lot for hikes. Plus the freerun+2 are the best runners iv ever owned so i treat em nice

Any good tips guys? | You should be able to hit 40 no problem within the next round or the round after. The first time is always the toughest...now that you know the terrain (somewhat) you should be able to breeze right through it.
