| Best option for overseas voltage regulators?
Is there a universal adapter i can buy for 220v overseas?
basically will be charging my phone, DS, and perhaps bringing my laptop, is it possible to use a universal wall-adapter for the 220v, especially when plugging in a laptop charger that uses the transformer etc?

With those gadgets, you can probably use just a plug adapter. Will save you some money since those electronics (most now a days) can handle different types of voltages.

Most, if not, all of the electronics you listed can support 220v. Just make sure you get a proper plug adapter that will work in the countries you listed.

I got myself a USB to DS charger, as well as a USB phone cable (which charges). Depending on where you are, that might be a hassle to always plug in your computer, but it's easier than having to buy a few different adaptors.
But at least if your computer has a decent battery life, you can charge your stuff without an AC source nearby.
