Word is Rads and AK where out partying in Scottsdale till 4am getting loaded.
For those that haven't been, Scottsdale is basically a giant party town like Vegas with tons of hot sports and beautiful blondes, that plus awesome weather and golf courses are why NHLers love playing in Phoenix, dispite the public perception that Phoenix is a wasteland for NHL players.
Wateland for NHL Players ? Who said that ? Jim Basille and Winnipeg ? It's the ultimate paradise for athletes indeed.

as for BleacherReport..its a bunch of wannabes hoping to make it big in sports journalism. i say goodluck, but most of their hockey writers sound like complete idiots trying to stir controversy. I read their WWE opinions most of the time... becuz its all speculation, and they have cool lists with their Wrestling.
That's what I want to hear. I'm staying 20mins outside of Scottsdale end of July and was hoping there would be lots of fun to be had!!
Oh yea, it's basically the "new Vegas", you will not be disappointed!

There are still a lot of ignorant fans on many NHL message boards always saying no free agent would want to sign and live in Phoenix or be traded there etc... Even morons on Team 1040 where cracking jokes about that as recent as last month. From my experience, the most desired cities to play/live in for NHLers are Tampa, Miami, LA, Phoenix and NY.
So it gets worse, apparently Rads and AK where spotted at a Scottsdale hotspot at 4am, thats almost 45 mins from where the team hotel was, so by the time they got back to hotel/sleep, likely way past 5am maybe even 6am on the eve of a playoff game hahaha wtf
So Scottsdale is the new hotness? Friends stag is coming up and he's asking for suggestions and we have him the usual Vegas idea.
Rent a house/mansion in Scottsdale, plan some activities and let stupidness ensue. From what I've heard, the Troon area is pretty steller (20 mins from downtown Scottsdale. Golfing, ATVing, and night scene. Some places will even provide the food and barbecue.

As for scottsdale, we rented a 3500sq foot house with a big pool with water feature, 2 car garage, etc. about 10 minutes from the strip for $1200 for 4 days, house could fit 8 people if you wanted
condos and townhouses are even cheaper
