Halls fault for keeping his head down. Edler has elbow tucked in so he should be fine. Hall was not in a defenseless position which the NHL is currently targeting to eliminate out of the game.
More like taylor hall charged right into Edler's elbow, just how he charged into Bieksa's knee.
^Should be okay. I only saw the clip on the highlights, and it didn't show
what kind of reaction Edmonton had after. Was there a scrum?
Shanahan's been handing out deserved suspensions like candy.
I'm sure he'll make the right (no) call on this one. But this'll be a good test for Shanahan.

I was at last nights game, awesome atmosphere for pre-season. Sedins are playing lights out. I think they might take another step this year. Posted via RS Mobile
The GF asked me why I was rooting for CoHo so much at the end of the game. I told her because the kid deserves it.
I think everyone in the city has been rooting for the kid since he was drafted. It's too bad he hasn't developed as quickly as we hoped but everyone wants success for the guy.
At the same time, this is probably his year to step it up. He hasn't lived up to his 10th overall pick and he needs to. I don't know if he'll get another opportunity as good as this to play 2nd line center with decent linemates with Henrik, Kesler and Malhotra locking up 1-3 center for the next two years at least.
