:seriously: Ehrhoff earns 50pts with the President's Trophy winning roster while Kessel earns 64pts playing most of the season with linemates like undrafted Tyler Bozak and career AHLer Joey Crabb? The only time I might take Ehrhoff over Kessel is if +/- was a factor or blocked shots or something like that. Kessel now has Lupul on his wing and Connolly feeding him the puck. Thats a huge upgrade over is 10/11 linemates even if Connolly misses a chunk of the season due to injury.

Its the same deal for me with Sportsnet Ontario and Leafs games. All of them are blacked out. Center Ice is an option but shaw pissed me off last season because they required HD boxes with some MP4 feature and they had sold me a box a year and half earlier that didn't have that.

It is up to Shaw to know coming technologies and witch devices will best suit their customers needs. They knew I was interested in HD sports since I ordered their HD sports package when I bought my system. Not hard to phathom that someone in Canada who orders a sports package might be interested in hockey. They could have convinced me to buy the mpeg4 compatible box and then made their profit on my ordering Center Ice down the road. Instead they sold me an obsolete HD box and then expect me to pony up another $300-$400 a year and a half later for the box I should have had all along in order to get Center Ice. To me, thats a greedy move for short term profit. Selling me the right box and getting me paying monthly for Center Ice would have made them more money for them in the long run.

if RNH gets 9 games and sent down, the calder trophy race is gonna be between scheifele zabinejad and maybe hodgson if he live up to his potential... seems like an easy yr for the calder run

really? i thought oreo was a lot more effective during the playoffs than glass. he did disappear at times but he was still better imo.

btw for rookies.. youre forgetting about brett connolly. hes got good offence and hes playing on a line with stamkos and stlouis. if he sticks to that line hes gonna be one of the top 3 rookies easily

Interesting note, and Gillis apparently also tried to trade for Brule last year too.

Weise has put up decent numbers in the ahl and hes only 23

i actually liked oreskovich. i thought he brought a lot of energy and didn't take a whole lot of stupid penalties. the guy can definitely hit hard.
