They really need to make a fine line on these rules. Can goalies hit players within/around their crease? Can players hit goalies that come out?

etc. | I like this suggestion, but I don't know how the league would call what is legal and what isn't legal.
There have been instances where the goalie plays the puck in the area behind the net, and then closes the door on the opposing player that is coming around, like a pick move.
Then you have the goalie who is coming out to play the puck away from the opposing player, keeping them from getting a breakaway.
BTW, does anyone know if the Canucks still have their sold out game streak? |
