Guy on the panel did say heatly is overrated as fuk lol and ryan keslar is the least overrated in the NHL with 41goals/selke winner. Maybe it is a wake up call for the capitals to step it up with their two badass forwards not doing enough

How is Gomez on the list? How can he be overrated when the entire hockey world knows he sucks? He has less goals in 2011 than Cam Ward. Overpaid? fuck yes, overrated? No. Where's Joe Thornton and Mike Green on this list? But the most overrated player in the NHL? Well that's easy....Christian Ehrhoff! 10M for the player that was maybe the Canucks 3rd best D?

how is Joe Thornton overrated? overpaid? maybe, but if I recall correctly he led the NHL in takeaways last year. Even with his reduced offensive production, he is still almost a point per game this season and is in the top 5 in faceoff percentage.

And if Gomez was making 1M a season would he still be overrated? He would be a steal at that price.

Sure, 1M for Gomez would be a steal, but he's still overrated as hell.

I'm just saying it's all based on salary. You will never have a overrated player making league minimum.

Overrated players are always on the upper echelon of pay scales.
