If NY wins next game.. they clinch president trophy..

Sentinel 04-05-2012 07:31 PM

Fuck

MG1 04-05-2012 07:32 PM

Damn............ oh well. And a Fuck you, to you too, Calgary!

Noir 04-05-2012 07:32 PM

What a fucking piss poor show. This team has a bad habit of pissing on their own destiny.

Up 2 games @ SCF, losing in 7
Finally rangers give up 1 and opens the door to for the PT, lose to the Flamers (a team that had nothing to win)

Starting to become a definitive quality.

satek 04-05-2012 07:32 PM

bye bye win streak

SkinnyPupp 04-05-2012 07:32 PM

Calgary play by play guy: "the only role they had tonight was spoiler, and tonight, they played that role to perfection!"

:seriously:

spideyv2 04-05-2012 07:32 PM

PP going into the playoffs isnt looking good, shitty deal

MG1 04-05-2012 07:33 PM

If NY wins the next game, the Canucks have to play it safe and stay injury free for the playoffs.

pure.life 04-05-2012 07:34 PM

Gragnani sucks at D. That guy plays like he's the forward on the team. Wouldn't want to see him come playoffs

MG1 04-05-2012 07:35 PM

It WAS a purple baby I saw....... LOL at Calgary fans. Can't get their own green men, so they resort to a lame vinyl baby.

Bwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaaaaaaaaa......... ...........

Can't forget Daniel's out, our top PP scorer.

From wat ive read. Hes played enough games for us (Today) for him to be a RFA next season opposed to being a UFA. I was wondering why he even had a spot in our lineup

There's a few underachievers at D right now.

MG1 04-05-2012 07:37 PM

Not gonna complain about the Canucks this game. They lost. Time to move on. Can't wait for the playoffs.

Our PP has gone dry well before Daniel's concussion.

Noir 04-05-2012 07:39 PM

I really hope AV is ripping it to them tonight. That wasn't a good game, and it's a bad way to end the season/start the playoffs.

You can't get complacent now; and can't buy into your own hype and think some games will be a walk-through.

kristianhay 04-05-2012 07:39 PM

^

Yeah, but it will help.

MG1 04-05-2012 07:41 PM

I don't think AV will. No point. He's no Tortellini. The players feel badly about their loss. No need to harp on it.

spoon.ek9 04-05-2012 07:45 PM

one last game, hopefully we can leave this season on a winning note and head into the playoffs with some positive energy. go nucks!

It's not just that too. But I'm a lot pissed because the Canucks had a chance of walking into the Play Off Arena with some huge swagger against everyone.

But tonight not only did they show that the Canucks can bleed, but they also showed that non-competitors can take them down.

Or maybe it just hit an emotional spot with me because I saw a lot of last year's SCF in tonight's game. You have your destiny & greatness in your fingertips, and then they start coasting to the finish line. :rukidding:

UGH! They fucking had it. The stars were aligned on their favour.

rsx 04-05-2012 07:55 PM

Love Torts. Too bad Brooksie didn't ask a dumb question so Torts could go off on him.

....It's been like that all year.

Carolina, Calgary, Columbus, Anaheim, Buffalo, Edmonton, Minnesota, Dallas, Montreal, all considered bottom-feeders/in your case non-competitors have all taken down the Canucks.

I don't see why you're getting upset over this loss/potential loss over the PRESIDENTS TROPHY which isn't important unless the Canucks face the Rangers...

You usually aren't this moody, Noir :lol
