You really can't, the best thing to do is get as much information on the person selling them as you can, cell/home phone number, pick up the tickets from their home or work place, or ask for ID.
I'd rather not play Phoenix. They have hot goaltending and can score. The Kings have the same goaltending but can't score worth shit. The Sharks have no goaltending and they aren't particularly strong on D.

Of the 3, I'd want to play SJ.
My thoughts exactly. The way the Canucks have been scoring, I do NOT want them to have to deal with Smith or Quick
The last few seasons I would have been scared of the Sharks, but this year
Scariest teams in the west for me:
1) Chicago (almost always have vancouver's number, and a mental edge against Lu)
2) St. Louis with home advantage (killer home record)
3) Detroit (its Detroit!)
4) St. Louis without home advantage (still a scary team)
5) Phoenix (hot goaltending + grit + scoring ability lately)
6) LA (amazing goaltending)
7) Nashville (Canucks seem to have the answer for them somehow)
8) San Jose ( )
So Detroit will finish 5th and Chicago finishes 6th; had Chicago finished Detroit in regulation, they would have finished 5th and played Nashville in the 1st round.
Raymond won't play as his wife is expecting their first child. Here's what the coach said he will do tonight:
Henrik between Burrows and Ebbett;
Kesler between Booth and Lapierre;
Pahlsson between Higgins and Hansen;
Bitz between Malhotra and Weise.
On defence, Tanev will come back into the lineup and Gragnani will come out.
